These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Kapten69 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at kapten69.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

Kapten69 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players primarily located in Malaysia, including but not limited to those residing in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across West and East Malaysia.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Kapten69 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds, and winings, where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive made available to Player by Kapten69, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Company" means Kapten69, the operator of kapten69.cam.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and other gaming products accessible through the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full withdrawal access is granted.
• "Platform" means the Kapten69 website, mobile interface, and all associated systems accessible at kapten69.cam.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and support services provided by Kapten69.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before associated winings may be withdrawn, as specified per promotion.

To register and maintain an Account on Kapten69, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Kapten69 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account with Kapten69. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Kapten69 or any of its affiliated entities.

Kapten69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

To access the full range of services offered by Kapten69, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

4.1 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — is true, accurate, and complete. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Kapten69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 Notification of Breach. You must notify our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

4.5 One Account Policy. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If we identify that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any bonus funds or promotional winings associated with them. The Player's original Account may also be reviewed for suspension.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. Kapten69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). Supported methods are subject to change; current options are displayed on the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to the Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. For fully verified Accounts, most withdrawal requests via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within a few hours during operational hours (Malaysian Standard Time, UTC+8). Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on Kapten69 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5.6 Refused Transactions. Kapten69 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. The Player will be notified of any such action and may appeal through our support channels.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") provided by Kapten69 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. In addition to those specific terms, the general provisions of this clause apply to all Bonuses.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated on each promotional offer page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winings generated from it.

6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome Bonuses are available only to new Players making their first deposit. Each Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method is entitled to claim a Welcome Bonus only once. Attempts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6.4 Minimum Deposit for Bonus Eligibility. A minimum deposit of RM50 is required to qualify for most Welcome Bonus offers unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. Kapten69 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit ("bonus hedging"), and the use of Bonus funds primarily on bets with low house edge to circumvent wagering requirements. Any Player found to be engaged in Bonus abuse may have their Bonus voided and their Account suspended.

6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. Kapten69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not yet been credited may be cancelled; Bonuses already credited are subject to the terms active at the time of crediting.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on Kapten69 are subject to acceptance at the Company's sole discretion. Kapten69 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets that are suspected of arising from technical errors, system glitches, or manifest mispricing.

7.2 Bet Settlement. Bets on sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, the Premier League for EPL fixtures, the UFC for mixed martial arts events). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Company's decision is final.

7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts, unless specific sport rules or promotion terms state otherwise.

7.4 In-Play Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time of confirmation. Delays in internet connectivity, device latency, or platform load may result in bet placement at different odds than those displayed. Kapten69 is not liable for such discrepancies.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day, as displayed on the Platform. Kapten69 reserves the right to limit payouts in excess of these thresholds at its discretion.

7.6 Error Correction. In the event of an obvious error in pricing (including but not limited to decimal odds significantly lower than the true market price) due to a technical or human error, Kapten69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether bets have been confirmed and settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kapten69 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances, and referal to appropriate authorities where relevant:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Coluding with other Players in live poker, tournaments, or other competitive formats;
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Misusing the bonus system as described in Clause 6.5;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the fair operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other Players.

All content on the Kapten69 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website ("Content"), is the property of Kapten69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of Kapten69.

The Kapten69 name, brand, and all associated logos and trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 Platform Availability. While Kapten69 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in periods of downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kapten69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform may utilise third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology services. Kapten69 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of such third parties. Any disputes with third-party service providers should be directed to the relevant provider.

Kapten69 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities, in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

Kapten69 recognises that gambling, while entertaining for the vast majority of Players, carries a risk of addiction for some individuals. We are committed to operating in a socially responsible manner and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gambling behaviour.

Players may, at any time, request the following account-level controls through our support team:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — caps on the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications after defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform upon your request.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be disabled and you will not receive any promotional communications from Kapten69.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.4.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to circumvent or override any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve the majority of player concerns within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.3 Formal Complaints. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 business days.

14.4 Finality of Company Decisions. In respect of disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status decisions, the Company's determination — following completion of the internal review process — is final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
